Unfurling the Colours
September heralded the beginning of Autumn and I thought blogging under the heading ‘Autumn Colours’ might act as an incentive to Autumn seeing the first signs of flags fluttering from the growing number of 10mm painted flagpoles. My plan was to somehow produce my own printed paper flags. Meanwhile, there was a green stuff fest to enjoy!Walking Wounded
In previous posts (33 & 42), I have lamented the lumps taken out of some poor Pendraken unfortunates. Many of my Pendraken hussar minis, both French and Austrian, were peppered with pitting that would prove too deep to fill even with generous amounts of acrylic paint. The medical services had to be called in to do a bit of cavity filling – with green stuff.
